TIAA-CREF Senior Management Discusses Economy, Risk Management And Financial Strength

On Oct. 16, 2008, Roger W. Ferguson Jr., TIAA-CREF's President and CEO, Scott C. Evans, Executive Vice President, Asset Management and Erwin W. Martens, Executive Vice President, Risk Management, hosted a conference call with institutional clients.

The purpose of the call was to discuss the global economic environment, the company's risk management capabilities and to provide an update on TIAA-CREF's financial strength and performance in these volatile times.
